We bought this bike for our son for Christmas. Assembly was easy. We all love the bike! It is so fun to ride and has great peddling assistance! We had great customer service! We highly recommend this bike!

My wife loves this ebike very much. She says she feels very safe riding this sohoo bike. it has much power that it surpass my vivi ebike with ease. I have to tell her to slow down at times.. we highly recommend this bike to any first time buyer.

What a fun electric bike, I was riding it just 30 minutes after I received it from UPS in a box. I am roughly 300lbs and 6'2" so I was surprised when the full electric took over and pulled on me as if I was on a Moped, really puts a smile on your face when it peels away like that :). All in all I have nothing but pros to speak about, no cons yet, but I have had the bikes for about two days only (I got two). The range is amazing even for someone my size, as long as you are willing to pedal a few times you can get about 30 miles on it. Have not tested how much I get on just Electric yet. Only issue I have is that now everyone in my family wants one :) but that is a good thing. Minimal Assembly Required: Everything comes in one box, per-assembled. You just have to attach the front wheel and fender, all the necessary tools are included. Took me a total of 12 minutes to get them up and riding. The tires might need some more pressure as for shipping they are kept a bit lower than normal. The packaging was very well done and protects the bike from general shipping stress.

After a ton of research and YouTube videos I decided on the Sohoo ebike for my wife and I. We do a lot of camping in our RV and wanted something to get around the area where we are staying with enough energy to get back where we started from. My wife and I absolutely love these bikes! These bike are comfortable and feel very safe! We have ridden these bikes extensively and always managed to have plenty of power left to return back. We have had these bikes for several months now with no issues at all. We did upgrade the seats for those days of long rides to be more comfortable. The original seats are very comfortable as is from the factory but wanted something a little wider is all. All in all we highly recommend the Sohoo Ebike and also wonderful customer service as well! I have contacted the seller for a few technical questions to make sure we take great care of our Ebikes with great response times of my questions. If you’re on the fence on getting one take it from us don’t hesitate to purchase one! Or 2 like we did. You won’t regret it!

I sent this to my mother in Washington state for the hills that she has to ride up. (Even though she is up in age I thought it would help her out.) It was easy for her to assemble, she stated that at first the box was a little intimidating but after unpacking it was easy to assemble. She used to work in laity control; and was impressed with how good the packaging was for the shipment. She didn’t let my father help her put it together because she wanted to make sure she knew everything about her bike. The instructions were easy with pictures on what to do and the bike came with brake lights, head lights , a horn, and most importantly ( her words) the fenders to keep the mud off of her. She said that the screen that shows the battery level , distance and light indicator is easy to read. She loves her bike . She was impressed with the quality of the materials that were used and when she asked a question about hr battery the response from customer service was informative, friendly and quick. The company responded within 20 minutes. Thinking about buying one for my MIL/FIL.

We LOVE our Sohoo E-bikes. I'm 63 my husband 68 and we love to camp and travel. We purchased these so we would have something to ride around the campgrounds and on trails. These are perfect and we are racking up the miles. As you can see, we added a few things to ours like a basket and cargo pouch so we can take a small emergency kit, water and food for our longer journeys. As we ordered the black bikes, we chose to add additional light reflectors so we can be easily seen at night or on early morning rides. We also use helmets, hand, elbow and knee guards, just in case. A few things to note - there is a learning curve getting used to these bikes, such as launching, stopping and tight curves, but like all things that takes practice and riding time. As we are a bit older and not quite as brave as some, so we mostly ride in the first setting, sometimes the second. These settings give us all the power we need. In short, these bikes give us a great way to combine exercise and adventure at the same time. I would highly recommend this high quality EBike to anyone looking to get one with a budget in mind.

What a great electric bike!!! We rented some at the beach and decided to buy some because they were so much fun. These bikes arrived quickly and were easy to assemble. What a blast to ride! If you want a workout you can pedal on your own like a traditional bike. If you want to joy ride you can do that also. The pedal assist makes it effortless. It is like riding a moped with the handlebar accelerator. These bikes fold up for easy transport. If you are looking for a reasonable and well made electric bike, don’t hesitate to purchase this. They are so comfortable and the large tires make for a smooth ride. My husband and I really are happy with our purchase. You won’t be disappointed. The service team was very helpful too. They were quick to respond and we’re very helpful!

I finally got to break in this electric bike while camping. Went 5 miles to pillar point harbor from Francis state beach with ease. Went south from Francis state beach to the Ritz through bumpy off road trails and various declines and inclines. This bike is sweet, it has power speed and a good battery life. I have not been able to run the battery down in one day just haven’t ridden that much.

Best purchase I've ever made. If you are even looking at this bike for fun… JUST DO IT!!!! I love that it folds up so I'm able to take it in my car. I added a kid seat to the back for my son which has created such fun memories with being able to go for long trips exploring anywhere we go. We camp a lot so I take my bike everywhere we go! It also saves me a lot of gas money these days I'm able zoom around town and take my kid to school and zoom out and miss all that hectic school traffic. Finally purchased my husband one from the same company. It has brought us more family fun then anything we have purchased in the past. Evening rides are a weekly thing in our home now. Battery life is really good. Very good quality and easy assembly. All around well-designed bike it's my favorite. Customer service has been great. 10/10 recommend
