I am so pleased with my table it is true to the picture on amazon. It is well made and sturdy and fits in great with our homey décor. Its color is just right and the price was right. It was delivered on schedule. We were also able to get someone to assemble it for us and they were great for a modest amount of money and they were on time, and very professional.

We bought this to use as a kitchen table and it's exactly what we wanted. Chairs were easy to put together and are pretty comfortable-- table looks great and the extra leaf slides in easily. Leaf is stored in the tabletop when it arrives, so don't worry if you can't find it in the box! Finish is nice and smooth, and the pedestal base is sturdy. Would definitely recommend!

This East West Furniture AVON7-OAK-W 7 Piece Dinette Table and 6 Chairs Set is exactly as described and pictured. The color in the picture is completely accurate and very pretty. It is a lovely wood set that was not difficult to put together and looks great in my dining room. All of the pieces fit together easily and the tools required to put it together came with the table, so owning your own tools is not necessary. Both the table and chairs are very sturdy, and the leaf folds away into the table itself very simply, no need to take it out and store it somewhere. This is NOT a flimsy particleboard table, it is a very nice hardwood. The only complaint that I have is it seems to scratch easily. My family is pretty hard on furniture, though, so what seems to be easily scratched to me may not be for your less rough and tumble family! This was an excellent purchase, I am very happy with it and I would purchase again.

We have a small kitchen and were looking locally for a smaller, affordable set, but had no luck. Took a 'chance' on this item and so far, so good! Delivery occurred rather late in the evening outside of the listed delivery window. Although it was already dark when the truck pulled up, the two gentlemen who delivered the product were great and allowed me a few minutes to partially open the table box to ensure it was the color I expected it to be. Items were securely packed and undamaged. Assembly was straightforward and didn't take too much time. Everything was in good condition (no scratches, etc.) and table and chairs appear to be quite sturdy and do not 'wobble.' I would not hesitate to recommend this set to anyone looking for a smaller, affordable kitchen set.
