I’m really happy with this grill. The instructions aren’t the best. But as long as you put a grill together before, it’s pretty much the same process. I put it together by myself and it took me about 3 hours. I highly recommend this grill. It’s very big. Heck I think you can fit about 4 -6 slabs of ribs on here depending on their size. The burners don’t go out even when it’s windy. My old grill would go out at the slightest breeze. It’s very easy to clean you just pull out the grease catcher dispose of the grease. Slide out the tray spray it the water hose. Put everything back in, and you’re good to go. I cook pretty often for my family so the clean up process is very quick and easy. Again if you’re the market for a new grill. I highly recommend this one.
K**We've never bought a grill online, nor one that was unassembled. This was a gift for my husband for his birthday, our anniversary, and Father's Day. The grill arrived the day I came home after 6 days in the hospital. The box was HEAVY! We were both tired, so we decided we'd wait until the next day to assemble it. The way it packed was great! I was worried about bumps and scratches, but, nope! Assembly was, using the well written instructions, of course, was much aggravating than we had anticipated! Assembly took an hour and forty-five minutes. Cooking on the grill is wonderful! Lights right up every time! Controlling the temperature is easier with this grill than any other I've ever used. Our weather has been extremely hot as of late, with heat index had been in the triple digits, so I've been getting creative with using the grill in order to keep the house cool inside. Using the stove/oven inside just heats up the house too much, so I'm grilling quite a bit. I even "baked" fries in it and they were better than frying in oil! We'll be using this grill a LOT! As I said, I'm getting creative with the ways I can use this grill! I realize I said this was a gift for my husband, but I guess I should have actually said that his gift is the wonderful food that comes off the grill!! LOL We love this Cuisinart grill so much that we drove an hour ago and fifteen minutes to a butcher, prepared with coolers, planning meals to cook on the grill, and bought enough meat to fill the freezer! Before we assembled the grill, I had told my husband we should probably get a cover. He made a few comments about why a cover wasn't a good idea , (while the umpteenth rusted out grill sat on the yard to be hauled away!) After the grill was assembled, my husband told me to order the cover because that Cuisinart grill was much too nice to leave on our uncovered deck unprotected! I ordered the cover and opted to spend a little more and get the right, Cuisinart, cover! We love that as well...just F
f***ffThe assembly instructions were easy to follow. I have only used it once since assembly and am very satisfied. Heats up quickly and cooks evenly. I would suggest to anyone to use a #2 and #3 Phillips magnetic screwdriver to ease assembly.
