Unfortunately my Box was destroyed when I got it. This… I don't think ... has anything to do with the make or the seller of the grill. It was really easy to put together but some parts were bent so I had to finagle them to get the the drip pan installed.

I have to say, I was anticipating a lot of time and headache to put this together when it arrived. I was so pleased that it was so easy and the instructions were well done. I put it together in less than an hour in my garage. There was not a ton of parts to assemble, and all I needed was a Philips head screwdriver! All of the screws and assembly components were shrink wrapped on a card with identification numbers on the back that matched the numbers on each step of the instructions. Everything was packed in an organized manner, and well protected. I did not find a single ding or dent in any of the components. A very well made product, and I cannot wait to fire it up this weekend with some burgers and veggies! I also purchased the char-broil cover and this is a well made item too. Very very happy with this purchase, and it's a great value for the money in my opinion.

I realized this would not be easy but we managed. Spent about 5 hours, most of my Saturday, assembling. End result was fine. My only dissapointment is my other Char broil grills had the 'self clean' feature where you can set heat to highest temperature for 5 minutes, and all remnants of food would be charred to dust. This does not recommend to use heat to clean but I do it anyway.

Delivery was superb. Grille contents were packaged expertly to ensure no damage to the grille. Instructions were easily explained to follow for correct installation. This grille took place of an 11 year old Charbroil grille. Hope this grille lasts just as long.
