I did buy this out of box so it was discounted. It works perfectly! I’ve made about 5 lattes so far and they have all been good! Once I become more acclimated with this machine I’m sure my drinks will be better. I definitely recommend!!

I love the quality of the machine and the coffee it produces. There is a bit of a learning curve but worth it. So far I've made espresso the last 3 mornings, reducing my time though still not ready to apply to Starbucks.

Takes several attempts to get the hang of it if youve had no barista experience before, but after a short learning curve its exactly what we were looking for
