This fireplace is all that I hoped it would be and more. It took about 40 mins to put together by myself all while my toddler was running around trying to steal all the parts. It assembled beautifully and had all the parts needed. It looks so great in my living room and adds so much coziness. I know we will enjoy this for years to come!

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY UNIT. It came in two shipments: fireplace insert and wooden mantle. Fireplace insert requires no assembly. Wooden mantle has to be assembled. MANTLE: The mantle is 11 pieces to put together but it was easy and took me 30 minutes. One of easier furniture items have I ever put together, BUT the L-joints are not exactly 90 degrees so making sure there are no gaps between boards that are perpendicular requires a little bit of adjustment before tightening the screws...I was able to get it so there are no gaps. Very study when put together. ELECTRIC FIREPLACE: Beautiful. Great options: flame color, frame brightness, heater temp., timer You can control it on the unit or with a remote. Unit is very quiet when just the flame is on without the heater on. When heater is on, there is blower noise and it's louder than I would like, but not horrible. I will mostly use it with the heater off. Shipment came quickly, in 2 deliveries, packed well and no damage. I love it.
