    Question:Can you take the cover off and wash it?

    Answer:This cover can be removed and washed in a washing machine. Just make sure that you re-zip the cover up when putting inside the washing machine to ensure the cover is not damaged by the agitator.

    Question:Does the chill sack keep its shape after a year or longer of use?

    Answer:We've only had ours for 6 or so months but it seems to be holding up. If it gets flat all we do it flip it around a few times and it bulks back up. It's a nice large bean bag!

    Question:Is one of the fabrics cooler (as is temp-wise) than others? My son is always hot, so finding the coolest of the fabric choices would be great!

    Answer:I got the black one. I’ts kind of velvet feeling. But I cover it with a sheet and you can also but covers.

    Question:Can I prop this up against a wall/corner of a room to make it more like a chair? I want to read books with my toddler in this, will this work?

    Answer:If you wanted to do this you might need to get a pillow to rest your head on, and maybe look into putting something on the floor to keep it from sliding. (Depending on your floor).

    Question:How do i unzip this to add more foam

    Answer:There is a zipper just unzip and add.

    Our dog and cat love this thing so it's turning into a really fancy pet bed :). Luckily, they don't shed and the cover is nice/easy to remove so I will wash it. It's very plush for one person and plumped up nicely. Sorta wish I just went for the 2 person model bc everyone wants to sit on it, pets included.

    It’s very plush, and sits about 3-4 feet high. Three adults could easily fit on this comfortably. There is a smell that comes with the filling but it’s not unbearable. Overall this is perfect for our loft/play area.

    I bought two of these and just ordered two more. … After breaking up all the foam, I let them both fluff up, undisturbed, and without the outer covers on for about 4 days. Very nice and fluffy when sat upon. No sinking to the floor. :)

    This Chill Sack was a big hit for Christmas! 2 adults can be on it comfortably (legs hang off) and room for kids. Two kids can sit comfortably for watching tv or gaming. They LOVE it and everyone who sees it, wants one! Big, comfy, what more could you want?

    It's really nice, to relax on, to jump on. You could fall asleep on this if you were very tired. But you need the extra foam or else, It's just half way good.

    Perfect seat for reading! Created a Reading Nook in that “what should I put here?” 2nd floor stair landing space, and wanted the chair had to be a Bean Bag. I didn’t want the traditional bean filler but instead memory foam (which this one is).

    This arrived fast! I was skeptical at which one to buy but I’m glad I got this one. It’s comfy and filled with memory foam. The paper says it could take 4-5 days for the foam to expand. But this is how it looks so far after a day and a half. I’m already happy with it so far and it isn’t done expanding yet 😍
