Question:What kind of battery does it have?
Answer:It has two 12 v. batteries. It is very strong and powerful. This is a really great scooter and only took 10 minutes to unpack and assemble.
Question:Is the width of this travel pro premium 3-wheel mobility scooter by pride 21" or 19.5"? dims say 19.5 x 21"...
Answer:21” wide at armrests 19.5 wide at wheels. Suggest put rubber caps over armrest attachment bolt heads as they will mar door facings etc.
Question:Is this TSA approved for airplane travel?
Answer:Yes. My wife and I have traveled extensively and gate check it every time.
Question:Does it work in the yard or on gravel ?
Answer:It will work on the lawn but since it only has 3 wheels you have to be careful on uneven surfaces. It can tip over if it front wheel hits a rock or a hole in the ground. Have not tried on gravel but would suggest you be very careful, drive slowly.

The pride travel pro is easy to assemble and disassembled. The included armrest saddle bag and bottle holder are nice to have. I'm 5'11" tall and have no real issues driving or steering this scooter. For the price, you can't beat it!

Not only did I get it a week early but it arrived in perfect condition-was easy to assemble and was fully charged.

Easy to assemble, but 2 people helpful for lifting out of box and attaching seat. Very basic controls, which is helpful for older folks. Most confusing thing for me was getting it to move without being seated. When loading or unloading on trailer. Read up on gear switching at back of scooter. No issue now. Highly recommend for anyone that likes a basic unit. Does well in small apt. But have to raise a rests to get through tight hallways. Worth every cent!

My mother loves the ease of shopping now ,she was great at the zoo we got to spend the whole day and not have to cut out early! We went to an outdoor market and we had to tell her it was time to leave! That is when we knew she loved her scooter!

my mom loves it, it holds a charge for 6.7 miles. it takes skill to maneuver it because we attached the buggy on the back. but at least she doesn't have to carry her water and grocery in her arms.

I got this for my mom, who is having mobility issues. Went to a store, but the prices were higher than this. Got it, and now her neighbor, more mobility issues than her!, is able to use it to go everywhere. I'm told that you want to attach hills straight on, not at an angle, as it can tip. But haven't encountered that yet. Both ladies are happy with my purchase
