This griddle is awesome and gives you so many outside cooking options in addition to your traditional grill. You can cook anything you can inside plus even more because of the large cooking space. In addition, you can put pots directly on top and boil, sauté, etc. THe food comes out delicious. The build quality is high. This griddle is highly recommended.

This thing is amazing. A must have honestly. We now cook everything on it. I’ve made pancakes on it, salmon, veggies, pork chops, grilled cheese. It was a birthday gift to my boyfriend but we both use it. If your gonna keep it outside though invest in a cover.

The Blackstone 36" Griddle top is great! Cooks well. Make sure to season well before your first use and purchase a cover to protect it from the elements.

I just got it a few weeks ago and had to wait for the weather to get nicer to use it. I took my time seasoning it. I watched a lot of videos on that. I used the Blackstone official seasoning and conditioner. You dont have to of course but I picked one up while getting some more of the drainage catchers and other griddle tools I wanted. I enjoy cooking on it and Im always looking for new things to try with it. There are a lot of griddle owners on Youtube to get ideas from. I'll use it in combination with my Weber kettle grill for different thing as well.

It’s a blackstone, what can I say. It’s great. The seller is GREAT! The original product arrived damaged. It looked like it fell off the back of a truck. It’s heavy and it was a lone Delivery Driver and I think that’s where it got damaged. Contacted the seller late Saturday night and they responded in about 30 minutes. Didn’t question what happened, just told me a new one was on the way. Had a new one by Tuesday. Scheduled the pick up of the old one and everything. New one is prefect. Can’t say enough about the seller and the griddle!

Easy to assemble. Doesn't take long at all to have it set up and cooking. Very important: you must season it before cooking!!! It's a simple process, so don't skip it. Setup, first clean and seasoning took about an hour and a half. My first job was at a fast food place with a flat top grill to put out burgers by the dozens and I've wanted one ever since.
