Customer questions & answers
Question: Hello, I can’t tell if I am using the crate correctly or if the wheels are so small I need to move it at basically floor length for it to not scratch
Answer: With the wheels of the small size, you do need to roll it at a relatively shallow angle. If you're rolling it while it's collapsed, some folks use a dog leash (or similar) attached to the mesh at the top to roll it like a suitcase handle. If you roll it while it's raised, then the need to bend down is reduced dramatically making the rolling much easier.Question: fits a golden retriever ?
Answer: This small size is suitable for dogs up to 30lb. Therefore it would be too small for a Golden Retriever.Question: Would a mini aussie shepherd be comfortable in the medium?
Answer: I don't know enough about that breed - but I would think so - I have a Beagle - he won't be more than 20 pounds at his full size. He is 6 months old - is about 15 pounds - and has plenty of room to sleep and play with a couple of his toys.Question: We have an extreme chewer (a “vicious” seven pouner). How well does this crate hold up against little teeth.
Answer: Metal and modeled plastic. Should not be a problem for a chewer. My other crate is soft sided with zipper closure and my 6 pound min pin chews up the track. No problem with this crate. Nothing to sink the teeth into. -

This is a great crate - I like the engineering that allows the side of the crate to be open. Easy to take down to be moved and has wheels and a handle. Appears very sturdy.
Mi****lThis is a very good quality crate that is super easy to fold/unfold in seconds. I’ve transported it between sites many times. It is heavy to move but once set up is a great design. I would purchase this again but likely will never need to do so as it seems very sturdy and unlikely to break. Love the all in one folding/unfolding mechanism on the top. Well thought out and executed.
*cJust received my Diggs crate, it literally took a min to setup. I love the hardware, regular lock and the garage door. We’re awaiting the snooz crate pad for our new pup. Will keep you posted on her likes and also crate training.
Luc*******avesI will of course mention easy to assemble, the fact that it is very sturdy and so far durable! Our 12 week old double doodle sleeps in the crate at night. This makes mom and dad feel secure. This crate lives up to everything said about it! My son, a manager at a reputable pet store, was impressed with it! Very happy we bought it!
Sh****CFrom the moment I opened the door, Daisy just settled in and is very comfortable in this crate. It is very heavy but has hidden wheels to help move. Seems to be very well constructed; crate mat (purchased separately) is very supportive, thick and cushy.
Lori********ickThe ease of setup was a snap. Dogs have view all the way around. Two separate doors allow for ease of access for your dog. The only reason I gave one star for travel is that it is not a sturdy enough crate in the event of an accident to protect the dog, since it is collapsable. That being said, having a dog inside something is always better than nothing at all. Love this product.
D***kAwesome crate, looks good, very sturdy, love the ability to open the top. 2 minor things I wish were different. 1. I wish I could switch which way the door opens, she's an 11 week old puppy who loves to run and play. Often times the door gets bumped into and closed preventing her from entering unless I notice it. 2. Wish the opening on the top was bigger so I could scoop her up if needed. She's 4.2 pounds so not like she's too big. I might be able to put her in thru the top but not many people have a Toy breed dog. Both minor things. All in all great product, wish I had one 8 years ago for my lab.
*PBefore deciding on--and investing in--This Diggs dog crate, I read reams of reviews of other crates. It seems that most crates are of inferior quality and are little better than flimsy, makeshift traps. (Yes, I read about dogs getting entrapped and even mangled in some wire crates!) Well, as it turns out, the Diggs has been one great investment. This is an entirely SAFE, sturdy, and secure crate--and one in which my 11-month-old Maltese feels completely comfortable and at home. It is small enough for him to feel cozy, yet large enough for bedding, soft toys, and some modest movement. Do not hesitate to get good "Diggs" for your own beloved pooch--you'll both be glad you did.
*WThis is a great dog crate - it looks far more attractive than the standard metal bars. We also love that it folds up so easily - makes it very portable. Our dog being able to see out of all sides is a plus. And we like that we can leave one panel open for the dog to come and go as it pleases. Highly recommend it.
Bel*******ottaI have three dogs and purchased three crates. I received them in brand new condition no marks. I like how you can pick one end up and move it. It is very sturdy. I noticed a puppy was chewing on the metal crate peeled a layer off and I could see that it was starting to rust. I started looking around and came across these and I’m very pleased with them. I also purchased crate covers on Amazon leaving the door exposed, my dogs like it they go in and out throughout the day nice safe haven.
