Front door latches securely and cannot be accidentally opened. Small and Medium crates have one secure latch. Large and Extra Large crates have two secure latches. Crates are made for dogs that are familiar with crates and are less likely to chew. Spindles made of stainless steel tubing. Please note that any crate that isn’t 100% wire or metal has the ability to be chewed.

Question: It appears in the pic the bars are metal? I'm wondering if the co changed the bar material after break out complaints?
Answer: The spindles are a light weight metal, they look great. My animals love their crates & they don't try to get out so I have no issue with the bars' strength or lack there of. They seem reasonably solid& I'm very happy with the crate.Question: how wide are the slats on the door i have a 3lb puppy and want to make sure she can't get out through the door
Answer: Just grabbed my tape measure and checked - the bars have a 1 1/2 inch space between them. I have the extra large crate - I'm sure the smaller crate would have smaller spaces, if not the same size spaces - hope this helps!Question: I have a dog that likes to burrow in tight places is this sturdy? He won’t be locked in it but need something he can hide in when he needs to get away
Answer: Yes, absolutely sturdy. I bought 1 just to check and ordered another the next day. My Yorkie and other small dog use them to hide/ feel safe/ sleep.Question: Can you get wheels that will mount on this cage. It is a great cage but we move it daily and want to install wheels.?
Answer: No, this is not that kind of cage. It has a flat bottom with no spot to mount wheels. -

Very easy to assemble. I didn’t read the instructions as they were just pictures, instead i found a YouTube video that made it very easy. It took maybe 5 mins to put together and looks very good in my livingroom. The dogs seems to love the space as I ordered a medium size for my 2 small dogs (10lb chihuahua and 8lb toy poodle)

I got this for my cage-free bunny. I wanted a nice place to put his litter box and help to contain the hay from getting all over. I was debating between this and the Cat version but I like how the Dog version is more vented, more light can come in. My bunny simply goes inside to eat and do his "business". And if I ever needed to keep him safely away for a bit, like if houseguest were over, I can simply close him up inside the crate and it has everything he'd need. And the crate looks cute and I love that it doubles as a table. Super easy to put together, no tools required.

This took me 5min or less to assemble. I got two of them, and it's as easy as matching the walls and placing the large plastic screws in. It can feel less sturdy than a regular crate, but we have small pups (10lbs), so they can't really do much to them. Once together it feels pretty sturdy. We bought the size Large for a mini aussie and an English bulldog, and they each will grow into their crates and have enough room. We err on the larger side for more room. Overall great product. Looks really good and blends in with the bedroom furniture.

My dog is anxious and he would hurt himself would trying to chew the metal crates and destroyed every cover I put in the top. Now, with this crates he isn’t able to so that because ir half cover on the sides and all in the back, and he can’t chew through it. I am Very happy with it!!!

Our little guy was getting into mischief every time we would leave the house. We got this for him to give him a safe space while we leave and to keep him away from harm. We were a little leery purchasing this based on other reviews - but it works great. Our french bulldog is 31lbs and full of muscle and he cant get out and we have had any issues with him chewing the bars etc. Plus it looks nice than a metal crate! We are glad we got it!

Incredibly easy to assemble. Nice looking even though it's plastic. I bought a small and a large; was hoping I could get away with a medium but didn't want to take a chance. The large is really tall - in my opinion too tall to be a table but not quite tall enough to be a usable piece of furniture. But all of that said, these are far and away nicer looking in our house than the wire crates. Plus they keep a lot of the hair inside rather than blowing around the house.

Absolutely love it!!! Exactly what I was looking for and my yorkie loves it. Very happy with the purchase. The create is easy to put together, it took 10 minutes to assemble. No tools are necessary. It is a beautiful design and well made. Perfect for small dogs not horses.

I'm a 65-year-old woman with arthritis and assembled it in about 20 minutes. The holes would only line up when I lifted and tilted it a bit. My 16-pound chiweenie has plenty of room, she went right in and seems to like it. Mine is darker than pictured which I prefer. It is the perfect size and height for a bedside table. I'm very pleased with it.

Put this together in literally 6min with no instructions. It's lightweight and sturdy. Only buy this crate if your dog respects the boundaries of a crate and is fully crate trained. If your dog is a chewer, escape artist, and does not know how to remain calm in a crate, do not buy this. This was very easy to assemble and works perfectly as an end table. I ordered the small crate. This is perfect for my 12lb poodle. My 40lb bulldog can fit in it, but if he needed a crate, I would definitely size up.

I really needed a new side table next to my bed, but my dogs crate was kind of in the way. I finally decided to put the two together and get her a crate / side table. This has been a great change in my room. This side table / crate was very easy to put together and a good value for the money. I do not know how well it would work for a bigger stronger dog, but my dog is only 30 pounds and I do not actually lock her in the crate - its more a safe space for her.
