Answer: Hello, this item ships in two large boxes. The roof will arrive in panels that will need to be connected together during assembly. Estimated assembly for this item is about 2-4 hours.

Question: How is it secured into a concrete patio?
Answer: Hello, each leg post has 3 holes for use of ground stakes or screws for anchoring the gazebo. If you want to secure it to a concrete patio I suggest screwing it down. Check your local home and garden store for advice on how to do this. Thank you

Question: Can this be installed in my grass and with stand winter snow and summer storms?
Answer: I anchored mine into my concrete and it has survived a wind storm, snow, and all middle Tennessee weather. However if it was just in the grass you wouldn’t have anything to anchor it to.

Question: We cannot for the life of us get the top on! Any easy suggestions? The top instruction are horrible, panels do not slide in. Help!
Answer: You have to start with the top panels first. You will need at least 2 people. What I did was slide the top panel on the upper part of the roof up. Wear gloves so you don't get cut. Sometimes you have to work it up there. Fasten it and slide the next panel beneath it until that row is done then move on to the next row. Make sure you anker it to the ground.
